A letter from your pastor

Here we are December 20th 0f 2022, and I am looking back on the year that we have had.

We have seen the strongest Spiritual growth that we have ever had! There has been number growth in the church as well!

But as we approach the New Year, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a few things:

We have had a lot of loss in this church this year. Tragedies have happened, and we have  lost loved ones.

We have had some stressful times, when the enemy has tried to destroy us, and distract us from the mission God has us on!

I have attended and preached too many funerals.

Some have had covid and the flu this past year, and/or not been in the best of health, but we have all endured much with the Lord’s help…

But I also believe that going through these times as such, God allows us to gain strength…

How?

I look at it like this:

Strength isn’t about how much you can handle before you break.

Strength is about how much you can endure AFTER you have been broken, and to be honest,

God desires us to be broken, so that He can and will work, and it is then we receive HIS STRENGTH!

With all of that being said:

I pray that you all have an enjoyable and heartwarming Christmas week and New Year’s Eve and day!

I pray that God grows this Faith Family and grows us within to be better people towards each other, and those who are in need when we encounter them.

I also pray that no matter what is down the road, God knows what it is like, and I pray that He will carry us through it.

I can honestly say that you all are family to me, and Carol and we love you all.

Remember, In every instance God has won! Hands down! He NEVER loses!

God bless you all and happy Christmas!
