I hope this post finds you all well.
I was sitting here pondering how far God has brought our church… We have gone through some amazing times with each other and I am humbled at the level of discipleship that is happening in our church. God is moving in the people so much that I sometimes have to catch my breath to take it all in.
We may not be many in numbers but my goodness are we HUGE in impact! This church has grown so much! Again, not so much in numbers, but in HEART! It is a heart thing that is happening in FRCC!
We impact those around us! We give ourselves! It is amazing to watch all of this as a Shepherd and it warms my heart so much to see this take place!
This coming year has so much that is going to happen! I am so excited!
Below are just a few things that I can think of off the top of my head:
- Friend Day: Spring time TBD
- Monthly prayer walks in our neighboring communities starting in April
- Fall Fest: TBD
- Discipleship Baptist Church Remote Homecoming at FRCC. Early June 2018: This is the church where your pastor received Christ as his personal Savior. Many people from all around the country are coming to Rock Hill to celebrate all that God is doing in FRCC! Pastor Berry is their first pastorate that came out of Discipleship Baptist. Plus we will be honored to have Pastor Berry’s first Pastor John Mouery come and bring us a message of hope and challenge!
These are certainly exciting times!
12 “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father. 13 Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.
29 Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
God Bless you all!
I love you all:
